THE CAMP

Our programme is designed in such a manner to be as flexible as possible. Participants can choose from different types of accommodation and build their own programme to suit their requirements and pockets. They can choose to combine waterpolo lessons with tuition in English, excursions around the island or just come along for the fun with their friends or family.

Accommodation & Meals

Guests will stay at the Water’s Edge Hotel in Birzebbuga, a great hotel that is 5 minutes walk across a beach from the Birzebbuga Pool.

All our accommodation partners have been chosen because we believe that they offer the best value for money in their category in the area.

The price includes breakfast, a packed lunch and a sit down dinner.

Waterpolo Training

The programme is based on 10 sessions of two hours each per week. In addition we arrange friendly matches and/or joint training sessions with Maltese junior teams. Training sessions are tailor made to cater for different age groups and skill levels of the participants.

English Lessons

English lessons are given by fully qualified teachers in groups of not more than 12 students.

Excursions

We offer a package of three excursions which we believe are most suitable for participants and consists of:

A tour of Valletta (the capital city) and Mdina (the old Capital)

A visit to Golden Bay, one of the island’s best beaches.

A visit to the national pool to watch a local (Maltese) first division match.

Flights

We do NOT book flights but will be more than happy to point you towards cheap flights to fly to Malta. Malta has its own national airline Air Malta that flies direct to practically every major city in Europe. Then there are various low cost airlines that offer cheap flights into Malta even during the peak summer months. Check out the websites for Ryanair, Easyjet, Wizzair, Veuling and BMIbaby who fly into Malta from many leading European cities.

REMEMBER YOU CAN SAVE HUNDREDS OF EUROS IF YOU BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS EARLY.
